The Road Hole Restaurant offers a wide option of tantalizing starters, main dishes and desserts. Visitors can look forward to tasty starters such as smoked halibut and squat lobster beignet complimented by an avocado purée and frizze endive.

Marvellous main dishes include the likes of wild mushroom risotto, golden cross goat’s cheese and a rich truffle. The velvety mushroom risotto is a simple dish packed with flavour and a creamy goat’s cheese circle, complemented by a perfect truffle to pack a tasty punch.

A fond favourite of St Andrews locals, the Vine Leaf restaurant has much to offer in the way of fine dining. Ran by husband and wife duo Ian and Morag Hamilton for almost three decades, the restaurant offers superb seafood and mighty meats to appease even the pickiest of eaters.

Dishes are seasoned with herbs grown in the restaurant’s very own herb garden.
