Fife Zoo is around 13 miles west of Elderburn Lodges. It takes around 25 minutes to drive there and makes for a great family day out during your stay with us. The small zoo is open 7 days a week, both in the summer and winter season, closing only over Christmas and New Year. It has at least 15 species of animals and offers animal keeper talks throughout the day. There is also a cafe, bistro, gift shop and outdoor playground.

The lodge really is a home from home and the setup of the lodge is great for 2 couples having the lovely spacious shared central areas but the bedrooms are spaced well apart.
The lodge was spotless and well equipped and some of the little extras within the lodge were excellent.
The location is ideal for visiting St Andrews and the lovely Fife coast.
The visitors book within the lodge was full of reviews from returning customers and we would highly recommend these lodges and look forward to our next visit.
