Book NowPerhaps the closest place is the St Andrews Rocks Sea Fishing Mark. The rocks run the length of the town and can most easily be accessed from the sea life centre. The rocks are hugely popular with winter cod anglers, but also produce excellent summer sport for flounder, plaice and bass. Seasons are typically June to September and October to March.
Book NowThere are several high-quality fisheries around including 3 waters in Fife Regional Park: Holl Reservoir, Harperleas Reservoir, and the smaller Drumain Reservoir. All of these offer great trout fishing from both bank and boat. It’s worth noting that you can only fly fish for rainbow and brown trout at Holl, and at Harperleas the same is true for brown trout. If you are looking to fish for rainbow trout at Drumain you can use any method from the bank.

Find Out MoreJust returned from a fantastic relaxing break at lodge 1 at Elderburn Lodges.
The lodge really is a home from home and the setup of the lodge is great for 2 couples having the lovely spacious shared central areas but the bedrooms are spaced well apart.
The lodge was spotless and well equipped and some of the little extras within the lodge were excellent.
The location is ideal for visiting St Andrews and the lovely Fife coast.
The visitors book within the lodge was full of reviews from returning customers and we would highly recommend these lodges and look forward to our next visit.
